A certified building inspector and licensed general contractor in the State of Florida, Ernest Grotsky previously worked in conjunction with the Sarasota County Government to ensure that area contractors adhered to building codes and safety standards.
Also recognized by Southern Building Code Congress International (SBCCI) as an expert in his field, Ernest Grotsky utilized his inspection experience as a Senior Project Manager at Brooks Construction, overseeing the build-out of the state-of-the-art Hazardous Materials Facility at North Carolina A&T University. In recent years, Ernest Grotsky facilitated complex administrative activities for CB Richard Ellis, Inc., functioning as a part of the Senior Project Management team.
In this capacity, Ernest Grotsky provided detailed reports that documented every phase of an ongoing project, including permit acquisition, coordination of major utilities, and contract term compliance. In addition to his numerous professional licensures, Ernest Grotsky earned certification in Construction Law and Labor Relations at Pepperdine University School of Law.
